I love so much of the Brit language ways. I wish I could use "darling" everywhere, all the time. My kids would have liked me more if I said, "Darling, you must clean your room", rather than just "You need to clean your room."

"And there it is" or "there you have it" or "get on with it". Or, my favorite, "I'll leave you to it".
