I started a scrapbook when I knew my ex would become my husband, and I planned to love him forever. I captured so many of our "firsts," and I told him we must enjoy them because we will never get them again. It hurts a bit to remember, but also highlights the good times. I would recommend this to any new couple....start a scrapbook to remind yourself of those great times pre-marriage. I even have the receipt from the fancy hotel we stayed in on our wedding night. I last looked at that scrapbook over ten years ago. Now, it would kill me but someday my kids will enjoy it.
