I never thought of this, but I do not live in an area where anyone would rent an Airbnb. My niece lived in DC, and she rented her apartment out whenever she went on the road. It was very popular because it was small, and everyone wanted to rent a cheaper place in DC for a few days. It was genius of her! So now, many of your neighbors are not neighbors at all?
