I remember reading about the fraudster building your last dream home. I think its wonderful you can design like that. I did that once and it was 2008....need I say more? I designed around the lot we had so the woods was the main attraction. We never got to build it.

It irks me to see a home on a beautiful river lot and the living room is in the front by the road. I guess they didn't design for a view in the old days.
