I should have told you even if it sounds bad, there are many times I wish I had not had any children. They are sometimes blessings but even as adults they are complicated and do not live like I believe they should or could. I think there's is a great amount of peace in not being responsible for those little human beings as you try to navigate life for yourself. And too many times I get hurt by them and think they do not care about me.
