I spend days without hearing from any kids. But they are still on my mind. I need more diversion. I saw one daughter tonight. She was kind of nice to me but mentioned to my friends things she would usually ask me to do with her, like go to the waterpark, in earshot of me—little hurts. I know she did it so I would hear and be sad. I wish I could put myself in cold storage for a few weeks 🤪But you make so much sense, and I appreciate that. Thank you.
