I totally agree. I was falling back in love with my ex, who had wanted to reunite for the last six years. Then, he suddenly found someone else (more like sneaky and cowardly behind my back for months) and was suddenly gone. Relationships wax and wane and often take hard work. Or, you find someone else, and after it runs its course, you move on, like him. He is an alcoholic, and I would have been jumping from the frying pan into the fire had I remarried him anyway.
