There’s nothing like coming to work and having a patient you took care of yesterday say “I’m so happy. I hoped you were working tonight!”
Caring for people is #1.
We don’t get big fat pensions either. If you work in a government facility maybe.
I haven’t heard in my area that anyone went into it for the money but if so they will not be nurses for long. It is a hard job. People like to stay alive.
