I was always in so much pain in yoga classes I was embarrassed. I felt like I was the only one who couldn't move my body into those positions! Then, I started walking and I don't even have to pay to do it! But, I'm on an unplanned break and it has made a huge difference in how I feel mentally and physically. I'm paying for only having walking for fitness. I have a rowing machine I haven't used for 3 years. I hear they are really good for you, too. I'm glad you found walking and got that ankle fixed!
