I was diagnosed with a sinus infection. Fortunately, I was able to get a home COVID test at the library before they ran out in 5 minutes and it was positive. So, you are right. I went to Rite Aid and bought myself some Theraflu and some Nyquil and here I am. I may have a sinus infection but I also have COVID.
