I was in case management, and you are right. The patients in the psych unit did not have many details on their charts. I could look at almost anyone I wanted in that job, including my daughter because she was on a unit I covered for my job. So many people see your chart, form opinions, and drop hints about you to others. I'm sorry, but it's human nature to blab. Nurses blab, too.
This is bad. When my youngest daughter was pregnant four years ago with my grandson and living with that asshat she still lives with; she had a breakdown. She was in a psych place for a week, got so much help, and came out so much better. She started in a local ER before being transferred to the Wildflowers, it was called. Her mother-in-law worked as a nurse at the hospital where the ER was, but not that day. Later when she found out from her asshat son she put on FB a reference to my daughter that only an idiot would not have figured out where she was. That bitch. I wanted to report her and still wish I had. I bet she read my daughters chart, too.
I am seeing a counselor. Just started so I hope she helps me.
