I wish I had a magic wand and I could just wave it and make people disappear. Right now there’s one person I would make disappear real quick like. You could use it on your neighbor and no one would have to know! No blood to clean up or body to get rid of ….. 😂
Seriously I have been on the very fortunate side of good neighbors all my life. I dodged a bullet here at my condo when I moved in the lady next door had 2 teen’s and a Bull mastiff. She sold right away so I never got to know her. Whew!!!
That’s the worst thing about HOA’s. They can tell you no. She needs to cough up a nice full grown shrub to replace the one she jacked up. This is all her fault.
