I worked in a hospital for over 40 years and once a person was pronounced by a physician we took all tubes out and cleaned up the body so the family could see them relatively normal.

Where I live the coroner doesn't even see an expired patient unless they have an autopsy. Could be different in other places. I removed a lot of ET's, IV's, A-lines....you name it. Even foley caths.
