I would have called 911 and tried any life-saving measures. Too bad for my bad decision but leaving the scene would be an even worse decision. This reminds me of a movie they showed us when I was taking drivers training in 1971. No cell phones then but a lady in the movie said she reached for her pack of cigs, lost control, and now she was a paraplegic. I will never forget that. I was foolish driving too woozy too. Many times. Any distraction can be life or death for someone because you are driving a weapon.
