I write openly on Medium but refuse to keep a journal! My mom said never to put anything in writing because it can be used as evidence against you! Go mom 😅 I started writing in October, and last month I tore up the pages and threw it away. I was angry about the stuff I wrote because it ended up being a mess and hurting me. Kudos to you, Emily. I believe you can learn a lot about yourself from journaling.
