If someone starts looking at their phone I would think they lost interest too. I had a date that did that and when I said I wasn't going out with him anymore because he looked at his phone all the time, which showed disinterest to me, he apologized and never had his phone out again on a date. I'm sensitive to that. Maybe because I'm older.
