I’m dealing with those changes in life now that I never knew as a child. It never is easy. I enjoyed reading your story and can’t help but to identify with your mom. Your dad got a choice most women never have. They must stay and raise their children regardless of their own dreams. Its a responsibility and a choice and they are not free to come and go as they please. I’m glad you reconciled with your father but it’s your mother who is the hero in this story.
