In all these areas near Lake Erie my place was the least expensive. Now, with 108 ranch homes there are only 7 open. Last year there were many. I think with the real state market so good a lot of people decided to sell and move here since they were planning to do the LPC eventually. I know it helped me decide. I made a lot on my condo and only bought it in June of 2020. Im hoping with the influx of people they won't raise prices for a long time. What is expensive to you? Buy in for me was less than 200K and monthly only $1200. Some placces provide all utitlities, too. Each one is different. Another one close by I checked out was over 500K buy in and $4000/month. I could not afford there.
