I'm not sure how she will accomplish that. She puts on a front of acting like she's Gods gift to men and the only men she is attracting are not too Godly, IMO. She can't value herself much.

She is definitely in need of male validation. She didn't get much from her dad and after lying to my family about her stepdad he kept his distance as well.

Writing about this for the first time in my life has opened my eyes to a few things and it's not pretty. If I keep bailing her out over and over and she keeps going back, what does that say about me? It's obviously not helping her. I'm getting older and I want to live and enjoy what's left of my life. A mother should not have to try to "fix" her 48 year old daughter for over 20 years.
