I’m so happy to read this! I almost had a face lift in January but I fell and broke my right arm which was needed for post op care of my face. It gave me time to think. I’ve always been thin and pretty and relied on my looks a lot. I decided I’ve been fortunate and its now time, I’m 69, to let myself age before I mess myself up like many women have. That decision was liberating. Now I want to follow your advice and get healthier.
