I’m thankful I moved to a 55 and older life plan community. Quiet. Even parties are fairly quiet but we don’t care since they end by 10! Not one of these people smoke. A good share drink. I count my blessings because a couple folks on the other side have yapping dogs and that is my most dreaded neighbor situation. A frat house? I don’t want to even imagine it 😖
