It sounds like you are going through therapy withdrawal and you’re looking for coping mechanisms.
Could the end of your therapy be too cold Turkey?
Could you see someone different maybe 2x/month until you lower your anxiety level?
I’m not an expert but I also see nothing wrong with having a therapist for years and years. Why not?
