It's just too controversial to figure out. We are a big country with a big murder, suicide, and violent crime rate. We need a change. Perhaps we need to divide into sectors of 4 groups of states and have four leaders. Each sector would be smaller and easier to "rule" over. There would be reps from each sector in congress, not just random, wealthy men who can buy their seats. IDK. I'm not too political, but I see disorganization as a considerable part of the problem in the US.
