It’s sad but I understand a little. My mom had dementia and if she had hooked up with someone we may have been concerned. However if she was happy that would have been wonderful. She was unhappy for 10 years after my dad passed away so we tried so hard to get a smile on her face. Older people’s lives get taken away because of their age and it’s a travesty.
