I've only lived here in this condo 18 months. I started looking at the LPC when I moved here. This was a hasty purchase because my sister told me I had to move to sell my moms house for money for her. It was messed up. I bought this place June 7 and got my mom home June 15th and she died that day. I let this deal go through because I knew I couldn't keep up with my moms property where I had been living the last 5 years. Long story, I knew I didn't want to own something on my own and rely on repairmen to help me with everything. My friend turned me on to the LPC and I was sold. It just took over a year to find the right home there for me.
