Living in the US, I don't understand all this housing? Why on earth would new tenents get to say they don't like a place and YOU have to move back? Because they will then take the home you moved to downsize and give it to the tenants that took your old place? Why cant they give your old place to someone else and leave you alone? This is interesting to me, and I want to understand it. I will Google it and see if I can find out. Thanks, Carol, for giving me this curiosity to learn something!
