Lucy. I think it sounds good in theory but would be very difficult to carry out what with such a vast array of animals and areas where they live. Then they are spread even further by something as small as a mosquito. They need to develop more vaccines to ward off these things before they take hold. In order to go to the Amazon a few years ago we had to have a yellow fever vaccine. That's rare.
