Management should not set their servers up for failure, especially in that kind of business. Repeat customers would be generous with compliments, but those just passing through could complain and never be seen again. So many people have no integrity or consideration for their fellow man. You are probably right about getting any special treatment from RL. I am of a mind that they will close down all together, as Chi Chi's did.
