Many people have their preconceived notions and they will pass them on to their kids and grandkids. My parents had definite opinions about African Americans and I had to protect my children from their views. But, children at school can be cruel and if they hear nasty things at home about same sex couples and a child in school says they have 2 dads, there could be a shit storm. A couple more generations and it will be accepted completely. I won't be alive to see it.
