Most of the time we never know the facts with these big corporations. My daughter worked there once and she said customers were able to go online with their receipt and rate the food and service. She said so many people used that as a way to complain and get free meals. Even if they complained after their meal at the restaurant the manager would comp their meal. They had to fire so many servers due to these complaints so the turnover was massive. That's a bad business move for RL.
