My advice would be to use a pen name. A lot of writers do that and when they change the names of people in their stories ( I do that) it makes the story almost as if it's someone elses and you can write more freely. It sounds like you have a lot of interesting stories to tell that I would love to hear. You will know when you feel comfortable sharing. I signed on in June and never wrote a decent story until December.
