My brother and I were on a river boat in Ecuador exploring the Amazon, and they passed around a box that we all put our tips in, and the crew shared it. No extra tipping. Yay!!

In Egypt, cruising on the Nile, our tour director took the standard tip from each of us and handled it, so we didn't have to think about it nor overtip/undertip.

Other countries are catching on. Tipping is, unfortunately, the main income for people in many countries like Kenya.
