My daughter always said a good sponsor is half the battle. Sadly, she got let go by many of her colleagues because she wouldn't follow the rules. For the last 4 years, she has been winging it. She was a sponsor to 3 women before and feels she is an "expert" at it now. Not true. She can't be her own sponsor! She NEEDS a sponsor to help her stay accountable.
