My ex is an alcoholic. I loved him and always will. It's hard to be "in love" with an alcoholic but I would have stayed had I not begun to lose my mind and sanity. I think it may mean something different to everyone. But, as I see it, if you still love someone, and they are not endangering you, don't leave them. It hurts all the way around. I am thinking she has a boyfriend she can be "in love" with for now and when it turns to only love she will be looking for someone else. I see this more often than not.
