My husband taught me to look down and keep walking. He learned that doing sound for bands and getting mobbed a lot. He was right. Never meet their eyes. And people get out of the way when you watch your feet and don't look ahead. Only glance up to be sure you're in the right direction. I am planning to do this next month in Kenya.
