No, I never liked it once they changed it up. I needed to keep my "points" written out on my daily planner, etc. I only ate what I had on there. I can still do that on my own but it's not the same.
I'm 10 lbs over what my goal weight is so I'll figure it out. My friend is doing this Optavia or something like that. It used to be Medifast. She drives me crazy talking about it.
I'll have to look up Healthi.
