Not to brag Richard but it’s been 2 years for me and I’ve mastered both of those. Number 1 was easy. I hated my career when I left it. It had gone from caring, touching, comforting, and teaching patients to staring at a computer screen all day. Second one is varied but I love all my titles! I’m trying to think of a number 3. I’d say appreciating your family, friends and neighbors and interacting with them. Don’t be a recluse.
