Oh dear, Patricia, this is one of my fears. I have wanted to find a partner so badly for the past nine years, but when my ex finally left me ( he had been around to help me and we were friends) three years ago, I fell apart. Now, I can't get along with another guy, and I see where remarriage could backfire on me, as it has done to you. Everyone says "Just date the guy, but don't start washing his undies! "That sounds like good advice after reading this story and many of the comments.
