On Sunday my granddaughter was discussing with my daughter and me her desire to learn a trade. She is thinking of welding, or maybe HVAC. We encouraged her to go for either. Unfortunately she has to work because she took on a big old Ford F-150 truck payment and now has a factory job where she is the only female. No one messes with her in this day and age. But, how can she go to trade school? You certainly were the pioneer woman of the trades, Debra! I'm so honored to know you...and I am showing my granddaughter this story. She will be 20 in a few weeks. And she's smart. Hope she's smart enough to get rid of that big ass truck so she can pay for school!
