Once I made the final decision that was it. I never looked at another article again. And I won't.

As a nurse, I saw a lot of people with amputated fingers from machine and lawn mower accidents. They are healed, fingerless, and not having pain. I just have to believe she's OK. Its done.

Most vets say it's better to keep and love your cat than dump it in the woods to fend for itself rather than make it better to live with. Anyway, what's done is done.

She would have been dead had I not rescued her that day. I was not thinking of claws at that time. She was less than a pound and adorable!
