Have you heard of the new Pfizer oral medication for COVID?

The medication is called Paxlovid.

The FDA has approved the oral antiviral medication for the treatment of COVID-19. It contains nirmatrelvir, a substance that inhibits the SARS-CoV2-protein and prevents the virus from replicating.

It’s not easily available and a physician must evaluate the patient and prescribe the medication. If a person qualifies to receive the drug it is provided free.

Despite vaccines, the booster shot, and carefully following safety guidelines, Tim Farley still tested positive for COVID-19.His symptoms went from mild to severe overnight. See his story below:
