Ruby, did you read my article about our medical records. I'm telling you too many people can see them. One person in a doctors office can supply all that info of yours to any scammer. Supposedly the government is clamping down on such widespread use of our info but don't hold your breath. Good thing you investigated it because older people probably wouldn't. It's not an exhorbitant amount so they would just pay it. I wonder where the payment would go to? I suspect many didn't read it because it was over 5 minutes. But its a wake up call.
