She understood. I was the dumbass thinking it was not that big of a deal. Until I read more horrible stories where kids could have been saved had rules and protocols been followed like they did with her. I feel nauseated now thinking of those Michigan parents of dead kids. How many more red flags could there have been? Did you read the comment that John somebody wrote? I don’t really care but that guy is clueless.
I think he’s implying my subtitle was clickbait. No it was true. This is serious stuff. He says a knife is not the same as a gun. It’s a WEAPON!!
Thanks for reading. I came away more educated and more proud of my granddaughter then ever. We never had to go to school in fear like that.
My grandsons school…. Same school district… found out on a Monday that the Friday before a kid had a gun at school and no one told on him. Until parents showed up on Monday after their kids told them on the weekend. Can the school be blamed for that? He was in 8th grade. Now kids are afraid to “inform” as well. There’s just no answer.
