She wasn't just drunk. She was totally gone. If only she had passed out earlier. The kids may have been stranded but someone would have helped them. The whole tragedy is less likely to happen than winning the mega millions 3x in a row. All that tragedy for one family is incomprehensible. I believe to this day they all suffer. It was like a life sentence.

I guess we will never know the truth of what happened. You are right. A lot of alcoholics function well in society and vodka is hard to detect on breath. She could have been fooling everyone but what about the THC? Could she have breathed that in second hand when she used the restroom at the store?
