Snowfall Today in Northern Ohio Was Kind of Shocking for April 18th

It was quite beautiful but it’s supposed to be Springtime.

Today, April 18th, 2022 brought us a weather surprise.

Anyone who lives in Northern Ohio knows we have erratic weather. One day it can be in the 70s and the next day in the 40s. Yesterday was Easter Sunday and it was a nice day in the 40s.

There was sunshine.

Last week we had a day in the 70s. I was sweating after taking a walk!

The temperature went down into the low 30s last night.

This morning the snowfall obliterated the signs of Spring we had been enjoying.

These birds at my backyard feeders don’t seem to care about the snow since they have been here all winter.

But, no Goldfinches or Bluebirds came by today.

This beautiful tree in my front yard with pink blossoms was covered with snow. I hope it doesn’t ruin the flowers.
