Sometimes you feel them out and find one kid you can give a ton of advice and they give it back, and another you keep your mouth shut. I have four and walk on eggs with 3 of them. I've learned but watching them fail is very hard when I could have prevented it with a tidbit of my advice! My failure advice is so they don't have to be failures!
