Thank you for those words. I am totally with you on that one. You only get it if it's affected your life in some way. Most others are just clueless about the destruction it causes the sick person and their families.

No one ever brought me over a casserole or offered to watch my little kids because my daughter was "sick" with an addiction.

I've had friends run her into the dirt and I just look at them as if WTF???
