Thanks, Atilla. I appreciate the compliment. That pic was last May and just happened to turn out good. I had meniscus repair on the same knee in September and from that not healing I've been told I need the total knee. So, the surgery aggravated the arthritis and also caused a fracture in my knee. Almost 4 months ago and I'm still in pain.

BUT....I talked to all kinds of people who had meniscus surgery before I had mine and they said it was a piece of cake.

SO, I'm inclined to be very concerned when I hear how well others have done with the total knee. I think I may be in the 1% that is just screwed.
