That teen was wrong and obviously scared. The dog may not even have been hers. She has to live with what happened and what she did. I’m glad your neighbors injuries weren’t life threatening but so scary. The verdict is out in our bulls and there are countless mixes with pit Bull in them that are questionable too. It’s the owners.
