That was one of the biggest problems I had with online dating, and I'm only 5'7". I automatically deducted 2-3 inches off each guy's stated height to ensure my date was at least as tall as me. Funny, I married a guy who seemed taller because he worked out, and I was thinner. Soon he became so skinny and shrunk...back injury...and I was suddenly taller. I gained some weight, too. Oh well, once you are married, it's OK.
